An exciting feature of XHUMA is its ability to support e-procurement. XHUMA can facilitate a Ministry or State Agency, to enable and on-line process to register and pre-qualify potential vendors. Once vendors are registered in their particular area of expertise, the Government Agency can begin to push bids, tenders, RFPs EOI’s and other types of opportunities to them which they receive into their “Opportunities Inbox”, based on relevant business rules or government policy.

The platform comes with on-line plumbing which enables the Agency to adhere to procurement guidelines with regard to transparency during the tender clarification process. The Platform facilitates the provision of any updates or additional information needed to bidders, the receipt of bids on-line, on-line evaluation assessment, closing of bids, and award the tender opportunity, and the ability to communicate as well with unsuccessful bidders as appropriate.
