XHUMA as a technology platform can also support specific e-Government strategies – such as the deployment of a series of government contact centres or a centralized call centre. Such strategies seek to provide a single face to citizens for an array of services drawn from different Ministries and streams of Government. XHUMA can support these strategies by making Government services physically available at locations throughout the country through XHUMA trained personnel. Such personnel would facilitate information and service requests to rural citizens or others who are unable to access the online portal, or who prefer more human interaction in their dealings with Government.

File Management and Cloud Storage

XHUMA allows users to upload digital documents from their computer to the platform and share them with other users, in various ways throughout the platform. Files can be shared within the InfoStream, group chats, InMail attachments, events, etc., or directly through the “Shared Files” module. Each account is allocated a quota of online storage which can be increased on a subscription basis.
